Ingredients

Makes about 1 cup

  • 2 large jalapeño chiles stemmed, seeded, veins removed, and chopped
  • 2 small garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 3 ⁄4 cup lightly packed coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 ⁄4 cup olive oil
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender, purée all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour into a small bowl.
