  • 2-1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Red Delicious apples cored and sliced
  • 1 lb. cooked ham steaks

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Stir in brown sugar and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  • Add thinly sliced red onion and apple slices to the skillet, stirring to coat them well in the caramelized sauce.
  • Place the cooked ham steaks in the skillet.
  • Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the apples are soft, and the ham is warmed through.
  • Serve the Caramelized Ham Steaks with Apples.
