Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in brown sugar and Dijon mustard until well combined.
Add thinly sliced red onion and apple slices to the skillet, stirring to coat them well in the caramelized sauce.
Place the cooked ham steaks in the skillet.
Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the apples are soft, and the ham is warmed through.
Serve the Caramelized Ham Steaks with Apples.
