Spicy Southwest Beef and Corn Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 26- ounce jar spicy pasta sauce
- 11- ounce can sweet corn & diced peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8- ounce package rotini pasta cooked
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 4 green onions sliced
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion; drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the spicy pasta sauce, sweet corn & diced peppers, salt, and cooked rotini pasta.
- Cook and stir until heated through.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle shredded Pepper Jack cheese over the top.
- Cover and let it stand until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions over the dish.
