Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup walnuts roughly chopped

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the light mayonnaise, ground ginger, and salt.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the cooked chicken, halved grapes, sliced celery, sliced green onion, and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
  • Gently toss all ingredients together until evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve:
