  • ½ cup 72 g vital wheat gluten flour
  • 1 tablespoon 15 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup 30 g nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tablespoon 15 ml vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons 51 g organic ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons 30 ml water

Instructions

  • In a medium-size bowl, combine the wheat gluten and nutritional yeast.
  • Stir in the garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and water.
  • Use your fingertips to crumble the mixture.
  • Fry in a large-size saucepan over medium-high heat for 8 minutes, or until browned.
