Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ tablespoons thickened cream
  • 4 teaspoons buffalo wing sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded cooked chicken breast

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • Lightly grease six silicone muffin cups with olive oil.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, thickened cream and buffalo wing sauce.
  • Stir in Cheddar cheese and chicken.
  • Distribute egg mixture into prepared muffin cups.
  • Place three cups in air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes.
  • Transfer cooked cups to a large serving plate to cool and repeat cooking with remaining cups.
  • Serve warm.
