Buffalo Chicken Egg Cups
This dish is a great wayto utilise any leftover chicken. Plus, because it is cooked in muffin cups,it’s a perfect grab-and-go breakfast!

buffalo wing sauce

shredded Cheddar cheese

shredded cooked chicken breast
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Lightly grease six silicone muffin cups with olive oil.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, thickened cream and buffalo wing sauce.
Stir in Cheddar cheese and chicken.
Distribute egg mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Place three cups in air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes.
Transfer cooked cups to a large serving plate to cool and repeat cooking with remaining cups.
Serve warm.
