  • 4 everything bagels halved and toasted

  • 2 Persian cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes on the vine sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges, for serving

Instructions
