  • 2/3 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced scallions
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
