  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • Fresh parsley finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Chorizo:

  • Thread each slice of chorizo onto the soaked wooden skewers, creating “lollipops.”

Make the Glaze:
