- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt Divided
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 2 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
- Juice Of 1 Medium Lemon
- Juice Of 2 Medium Oranges
- 4 Cubes Frozen Chopped Basil
- 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Remove Fish From Wrappers And Rinse Each Piece In Cold Water For 30 Seconds To Remove Any Ice Or Frost On The Surface.
- Pat Dry With Paper Towels And Sprinkle Both Sides With ½ Teaspoon Salt And ¼ Teaspoon Pepper.
