- 1 1/2 pounds cube steak
- Salt to taste

- 4 ounces butter
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 scallions finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh horseradish grated
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Pat the cube steak dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Spritz the Air Fryer basket with cooking oil and place the steak in the basket.
- Cook in the preheated Air Fryer at 400°F for 14 minutes.
- While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a skillet over moderate heat.
