Instructions
Pat the cube steak dry and season with salt and black pepper.
Spritz the Air Fryer basket with cooking oil and place the steak in the basket.
Cook in the preheated Air Fryer at 400°F for 14 minutes.
While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a skillet over moderate heat.
Add garlic, scallions, parsley, horseradish, and cayenne pepper.
Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Top the warm cube steaks with the cowboy sauce and serve immediately.
