Ingredients

  • /2 cup sliced avocado
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup water adjust to desired consistency
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cashews chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine sliced avocado, water, lemon juice, chopped cashews, garlic powder, onion powder, and Bragg Liquid Aminos.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • If necessary, add more water to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Transfer the Creamy Avocado Lemon Dressing to an airtight container for storage.
  • Store the dressing in the refrigerator until ready to use.
