Ingredients: 1 32- oz. package hash browns; 1½ cups sour cream; ¾ cup melted butter (divided); 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese; ½ cup onion (finely diced); 1 can cream of mushroom soup; salt and pepper to taste; 2 cups crushed cornflakes

▢ 1 32- oz. package hash browns
▢ 1½ cups sour cream
▢ ¾ cup melted butter divided
▢ 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
▢ ½ cup onion finely diced
▢ 1 can cream of mushroom soup
▢ salt and pepper to taste
▢ 2 cups crushed cornflakes

Instructions

Mix together hash browns, sour cream, ½ cup melted butter, cheese, onion, soup, salt, and pepper.
Pour into a 9 × 13-inch baking dish that has been lightly greased.
(You can use cooking spray or butter.
) Mix together ¼ cup of the melted butter and the cornflakes and sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour
