Ingredients

sour cream

melted butter

shredded cheddar cheese

onion
finely diced

cream of mushroom soup
▢
salt and pepper to taste

crushed cornflakes
Instructions
Mix together hash browns, sour cream, ½ cup melted butter, cheese, onion, soup, salt, and pepper.
Pour into a 9 × 13-inch baking dish that has been lightly greased.
(You can use cooking spray or butter.
) Mix together ¼ cup of the melted butter and the cornflakes and sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour
