Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 2/3 cup Finely crushed round crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Bottled Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  • Cut off the wing tips at the joint.
  • Cut each wing in half at the joint.
  • In a small bowl, toss the chicken wings with the Ranch dressing.
  • On waxed paper, combine the crushed crackers, paprika, and salt.
  • Coat the chicken wings with the cracker mixture.
  • In a 12 x 8″ baking dish, covered with a paper towel, microwave on high for 7 to 9 minutes until chicken juices run clear when tested with a knife.
  • Rearrange halfway through cooking.
  • If desired, serve with additional Ranch dressing for dipping.
