For the Ribeye:

  • 1 ½ pounds ribeye bone-in
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

For the Garlic Mayo:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat dry the ribeye steak and rub softened butter evenly over all sides.
  • Season the steak with salt, black pepper, dill, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground coriander.
  • Place the steak in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
  • While the steak cooks, prepare the garlic mayo by mixing mayonnaise and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve the ribeye hot, accompanied by the chilled garlic mayo.
