For the Ribeye:

For the Garlic Mayo:

Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat dry the ribeye steak and rub softened butter evenly over all sides.
Season the steak with salt, black pepper, dill, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground coriander.
Place the steak in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
While the steak cooks, prepare the garlic mayo by mixing mayonnaise and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve the ribeye hot, accompanied by the chilled garlic mayo.
