Ingredients

Prep: 5 min., Grill: 10 min.

1 teaspoon chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 1-inch-thick rib-eye steaks
  • Tex-Mex Sauce

Instructions

  • Combine first 4 ingredients; rub seasoning mixture on both sides of steaks.
  • Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°) 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
