Grilled Chile-Rubbed Steaks With Tex-Mex Sauce

Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients; rub seasoning mixture on both sides of steaks.
Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°) 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
