Hamburger Dressing Casserole

- Large pot
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans water or chicken broth
- 5 cups seasoned bread cubes or croutons the kind you use in your turkey dressing
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown hamburger and onion; drain off fat.
- Add the soups and water and mix.
- Butter a large baking dish and spread the bread cubes evenly.
- Pour the soup and meat mixture evenly over the top of the bread cubes, adding a bit more water if you like your dressing moist.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
