Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce gluten-free if needed
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  • Place wings on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • While wings are baking, prepare the glaze.
  • In a small saucepan, combine honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
  • Remove wings from oven.
  • Brush wings generously with the honey-pineapple glaze.
  • Return to oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until glaze is sticky and caramelized.
  • Serve hot.
