Parmesan Oreganata Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese 4 oz
- 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 1 pound Chicken wings disjointed, tips removed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a paper bag, combine grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
- Toss to mix.
- Pour melted butter into a shallow bowl.
- Dip each chicken wing piece into the melted butter, then place it in the paper bag and shake to coat.
- Place the coated chicken wings on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the wings are golden brown.
