Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese 4 oz
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 pound Chicken wings disjointed, tips removed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a paper bag, combine grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
  • Toss to mix.
  • Pour melted butter into a shallow bowl.
  • Dip each chicken wing piece into the melted butter, then place it in the paper bag and shake to coat.
  • Place the coated chicken wings on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the wings are golden brown.
