Peanut Butter Spread (Variation 2)

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds peanut butter
  • 2 pounds butter room temperature
  • 2 quarts Karo
  • 1–2 quarts marshmallow crème

Instructions

  • Cream together peanut butter and butter
  • Mix well and add remaining ingredients

Notes & Wine Advice

This version is not quite as sweet as some peanut butter spreads. It’s best served at room temperature.
