Ingredients for 12–14 Ingredients

  • 18 oz 500 g Plums, pitted
  • ¼ cup 50 ml Red wine
  • cup 150 g Granulated sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp 4 cl Slivovitz

Instructions

  • Cut the washed, pitted plums into slices.
  • Boil the red wine with granulated sugar, add the plums, and let marinate.
  • Purée with a blender and sieve.
  • Flavor with cinnamon and slivovitz.
  • Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
