Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut oil
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large head red cabbage shredded

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the cabbage.
  • When everything is well blended, add the cabbage and toss.
  • Cover the slaw and refrigerate overnight.
  • Drain before serving.
