Equipment

  • Airfreyer

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 20 medium radishes ends trimmed, quartered
  • 1 ½ tablespoons goat cheese crumbles
  • ¾ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine butter, garlic and salt.
  • Toss radishes in mixture.
  • Place radishes in ungreased air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Shake basket, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a large serving dish.
  • Toss with goat cheese and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm.
