Roasted Radishes
Try this dish next to a juicy steak to take the place of a traditional potato side. The garlic and butter transform the meaty-textured radish into a fantastic recipe — without the guilt of a high carb count.

radishes
ends trimmed, quartered

goat cheese crumbles

chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, garlic and salt.
Toss radishes in mixture.
Place radishes in ungreased air fryer basket.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Shake basket, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Transfer to a large serving dish.
Toss with goat cheese and garnish with parsley.
Serve warm.
