  • 1 ½ pounds short loin steak

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and minced garlic.
  • Mix well.
  • Brush the mayonnaise mixture evenly over both sides of the short loin steak.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C) and prepare a grill pan for the steak.
  • Place the steak on the grill pan and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Turn the steak over and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  • Check the steak’s doneness with a meat thermometer to ensure it’s cooked to your preference.
