Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and minced garlic.
Mix well.
Brush the mayonnaise mixture evenly over both sides of the short loin steak.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C) and prepare a grill pan for the steak.
Place the steak on the grill pan and cook for 8 minutes.
Turn the steak over and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
Check the steak’s doneness with a meat thermometer to ensure it’s cooked to your preference.
Serve warm and enjoy!
