Ingredients

Makes 2 cups

Prep: 15 min., Chill: 1 hr.

  • 6 serrano chile peppers diced
  • 1 pound plum tomatoes diced
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons diced yellow or red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour.
