Preparing Asian Steak Noodle Salad

Marinate the flank steak briefly before grilling it over high heat until perfectly cooked. While the steak rests, cook the soba noodles and combine them with the fresh vegetables and sesame dressing. Slice the steak thinly against the grain before serving it over the dressed noodles for the most tender texture and even flavor in every bite.
