- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons oil
Garnish:
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl or on a plate, mix together paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press both sides of the tilapia fillets into the seasoning mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Let them stand for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the seasoned tilapia fillets for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the tilapia fillets to a serving plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
