Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Garnish:

  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl or on a plate, mix together paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Press both sides of the tilapia fillets into the seasoning mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  • Let them stand for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the seasoned tilapia fillets for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the tilapia fillets to a serving plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
