Spicy Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
Makes about 1 cup
Prep: 5 min., Chill: 1 hr.
- ⅔ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Chill 1 hour.
Notes & Wine Advice
This sauce is also delicious served with pork or steamed shrimp, as a sandwich spread, on baked potatoes, or as a dip for chips or raw vegetables.
