Spicy Okra-Tomato-Corn Sauté
Ingredients

- ½ small onion chopped
- ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 16-ounce package frozen whole okra, thawed
- 1 cup frozen corn thawed
- 1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Sauté chopped onion in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender.
- Add okra; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
- Stir in corn, tomatoes, and remaining ingredients, and cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve immediately.
