Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Green onions chopped
  • 1 lb Shrimp cooked, peeled, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeños diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 teaspoon Taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  • Remove and crumble.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in cooked shrimp, jalapeños, and taco seasoning.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  • Top with Monterey Jack cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
