Ingredients
- 8 oz Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Green onions chopped
- 1 lb Shrimp cooked, peeled, and chopped
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Jalapeños diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 teaspoon Taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
- Remove and crumble.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fold in cooked shrimp, jalapeños, and taco seasoning.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with Monterey Jack cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
