Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 26- ounce jar spicy pasta sauce
  • 11- ounce can sweet corn & diced peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8- ounce package rotini pasta cooked
  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 4 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion; drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the spicy pasta sauce, sweet corn & diced peppers, salt, and cooked rotini pasta.
  • Cook and stir until heated through.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle shredded Pepper Jack cheese over the top.
  • Cover and let it stand until the cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle sliced green onions over the dish.
