Ingredients
- 1 package 16 to 17 ounces pork roast au jus
- 1 teaspoon medium-hot chili powder
- 1 jar 12 ounces mild to medium salsa
- 1/4 cup apricot jam or orange marmalade
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Drain the liquid off the pork, pouring the liquid into a skillet.
- Cut the meat into 1-inch chunks.
- Add the chili powder, salsa, and jam to the skillet and stir well.
- Add the pork chunks.
- Simmer over low heat 5 minutes, or until hot, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
