Ingredients

  • 1 package 16 to 17 ounces pork roast au jus
  • 1 teaspoon medium-hot chili powder
  • 1 jar 12 ounces mild to medium salsa
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam or orange marmalade
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  • Drain the liquid off the pork, pouring the liquid into a skillet.
  • Cut the meat into 1-inch chunks.
  • Add the chili powder, salsa, and jam to the skillet and stir well.
  • Add the pork chunks.
  • Simmer over low heat 5 minutes, or until hot, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over rice.
