Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 250 g package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 C. fresh basil chopped
  • 4 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped

Instructions

  • Get a food processor: add the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic and half the basil then process them several times until they become smooth.
  • Get a serving bowl: Spoon the cream mix into the bowl then top it with tomato and basil.
  • Serve the dip right away.
