A Little Different Macaroni Salad

pkg. elbow macaroni
cooked

carrots
peeled and grated
▢

sweet onion
chopped
▢

c.
red pepper
chopped

c.
green pepper
chopped

mayonnaise
▢
14-
oz.
can sweetened condensed milk
▢
1/4 to 1/2
c.
sugar
▢
1/2
c.
white vinegar
▢
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine macaroni, carrots, onion and peppers in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, condensed milk, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over macaroni and vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Chill at least 8 hours to allow dressing to thicken.
Mix well before serving
