For the brine:

Instructions
Mix cider, salt, and sugar until dissolved.
Submerge pork chops and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove, rinse, and pat dry.
Season with black pepper.
Mix breadcrumbs with thyme and rosemary.
Coat pork chops with mustard, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Spray pork chops with cooking spray.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Serve warm.
