Ingredients
For the vegetables:

For cooking:

Avocado oil spray
Instructions
Pulse vegetables in a food processor.
Sauté vegetables in ghee for 5 to 7 minutes and let cool.
Mix lamb with spices, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add vegetables and combine.
Form into meatballs.
Preheat air fryer to 370°F (185°C).
Spray basket and add meatballs.
Cook for 15 minutes until done.
Serve warm.

Turn halfway if needed for even browning.
