Ingredients
For the potatoes:

Instructions
Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook in air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Prepare flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
Coat pork in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Spray with oil.
Cook schnitzel in air fryer for 8 minutes until golden.
Slice potatoes.
Mix potatoes with yogurt, dill, cucumber, and garlic.
Serve schnitzel with salad.
