For the rice:

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef until mostly done.
Mix rice, vegetables, onion, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Add beef and mix well.
Transfer mixture to air fryer.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Crack egg on top and cook until set.
Serve hot.

Use day-old rice for best texture. Do not overcrowd the air fryer. Stir halfway for even cooking.
