small head cauliflower about 1 pound

Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic, anchovies, salt, and pepper.
Place the cauliflower upside down on a cutting board.
Use a knife to cut an X through the core.
Transfer the cauliflower to a large bowl.
Pour half of the dressing over the cauliflower.
Turn the cauliflower to coat evenly.
Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 340°F.
Place the cauliflower stem-side down into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 25 minutes.
Drizzle the remaining dressing over the cauliflower.
Increase the temperature to 400°F.
Cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown and tender.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
