For the eggplant

Instructions
Toss eggplant with oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Cook eggplant for 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
Mix yogurt, harissa, and garlic.
Spread yogurt on a plate.
Add cooked eggplant on top.
Drizzle with honey or agave.
Serve warm.
