Instructions
Cut broccoli into florets.
Season with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cook in air fryer at 375°F for 8 minutes, tossing halfway.
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
Add liquid ingredients and bring to a boil.
Mix some sauce with cornstarch to create slurry.
Add slurry to sauce and cook until thickened.
Pour sauce over broccoli and serve.
