For the pork

For serving

Sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
Mix starch, salt, pepper, and five spice.
Beat eggs with a splash of sesame oil.
Coat pork in starch mixture.
Dip in egg mixture.
Coat again in starch mixture.
Spray air fryer basket with oil.
Place pork in basket.
Spray lightly with oil.
Cook at 340°F for 8 to 12 minutes.
Shake basket during cooking.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
